This setting offers users to set business operation hours as per their need. Users can select time zones, Input Holidays which will take effect automatically as defined.

Users can set their official working hours and days when the support team is available to serve customers.

Mevrik DCX will offer 24 x 7 Days Support and Custom options where users can create business hours by their availability. In 24 x 7 Days Support, Users can provide continuous support to customers.

In the Custom option, they can choose the specific business days by toggling them on/off and define the Opening and Closing Times for each day.
