Overview

Canned Response is one of our services by which you will get some auto template under the three preferred types: Email, Comment & Message. If any user creates a canned response under these three channels they will find the canned response on this specific channel. Suppose a user creates a type which is Email then he will find the canned Email channels in the unified inbox. If any user keeps the status off for any canned message, the specific canned response will not be found in the unified inbox canned message’s option. Only the active status canned will be found in the list of canned messages list.

Create Canned

Users can create canned response either by using "Magic generate" feature or by manually filling "Create canned Response" form.

Magic Generate

"Magic Generate" feature typically refers to a pre-designed format or structure that can be automatically generated by software or tools. The purpose of these templates is to save time and effort by providing a starting point or a predefined layout that users can customize according to their specific needs. By filling the 'Type' and 'Response' field it will create an auto canned response.
