Overview
Mevrik disposition feature will be using by agent in unified inbox for managing any complaint, query of customers. By going to "Settings", agents can create disposition types, categories and sub-categories. Suppose, a agent have created a 'Types' name pricing, categories 'Product' and Sub-categories 'Mevrik Social'.
Now, going in to "Unified Inbox" in Reply Window in a ticket agents can find the created disposition and resolved the ticket.
