Public and Internal Usage: Businesses can publish articles and FAQs for both public access and internal usage. Internal it will be available in Mevrik Inbox and Publicly available FAQ will be shown in Mevrik Widgets

Customize Web UI: User can customize their Web-UI knowlegdebase As Per their requirements by themselves from Web UI Feature. User can edit header, hero and categories section where they can edit logo, page title and URL. After save them and copy the shortURL and paste it to a address bar will lead it to the link and they can see the changes they made.
