Create profile

Assignment profile is for arrange teams into groups based on common support criteria. From create profile by selecting a business ID after click on create profile you can create assignment profile.

After creating assignment profile-> go to "Users" feature and click on Invite user. From invite user form by filling email, role and teams field you can invite a user to add a user in assignment profile.

You can set a user role by selecting a role. He will be assign by that role.

Teams is the section which you have created in assignment profile you will find that name in teams list. You can use Update/Deactivate button to update or deactivate a profile. Suppose, a group of agents will provide support to 'Messnger channels' and a group will give support to 'Email channels'. By creating separate assignment profile for this two channels and invite the required agents you want to add can make specific group for them to provide service.
