Overview

In Mevrik, channels encompass the diverse communication avenues accessible through their AI-powered platform for digital CX engagement. These channels comprise Mevrik Chat, Mevrik Social, Mevrik Email, Mevrik Video Chat, Co-Browsing, Click to Call, Knowledgebase, and AI Chatbot. Mevrik further extends its functionality by facilitating integrations with external platforms and services like Google Analytics, Shopify, Slack, Zapier, and others. Each of these channels presents distinct methods for businesses to establish connections and interact with their customers across diverse touchpoints and platforms.

Mevrik Messenger:

Create web widgets for your website to allow your website visitors to chat with you.

Go to Channels->Click Mevrik Messenger->Click Live Preview option.

Live Preview: Users can view the changes in live what they have added and updated. Also, they can chat live with us by clicking the send message icon.

Click the Send Us a Message Replies Instantly button.

Customers can chat live with us directly using the Mevrik widget features.

Overview: From the overview feature, you can see the total number of users and average handling time.

Personalization: From personalization, you can update the display name, context, and channel Icon. You will get to see the update after clicking on the update button. You can activate and deactivate your Business Widget from personalization.

Go to mevrik messenger->Click personalise your Mevrik Messenger->Click Personalization.

Appearance: In the appearance section, there are two features: Dock and widget. Using the dock feature, customer can modify the Icon, greetings message, size & dock position as per their requirements. They also can see the preview in Desktop and mobile view. From the Widget section, you can customize the color of Mevrik Messenger to match your brand identity, window size, greetings message, and add FAQ. You can also see the preview from the preview section.

Go to mevrik messenger->Click personalise your Mevrik Messenger->Click Appearance->Click Save Changes Button->Click Publish Button.

Docking Script: It's a feature to help users by generating an auto code after making any changes they made to their websites. You can run the code in a code runner website after copying the code from the docking script. After running it there you will get to see the changes that you made for your website. Go to mevrik messenger->Click personalise your Mevrik Messenger->Click Docking script->Click copy code Button.

QRCode Setup: By enabling QRCode Setup user will get to see the Mevrik Widget page after running it. Go to Mevrik Messenger ->Click Personalise your Mevrik Messenger->Click QRCode Setup->Click on Button.

How to connect all channels:

Facebook:

By connecting your Facebook business page to mevrik social channels, you can manage and see all your social media comments, and posts and can directly reply from one platform.

Go to the Channels tab of the navigation bar ->Setect Facebook-> Read the instructions carefully and then log in with your Facebook account using the "Login with Facebook" button.

You will be redirected to the Facebook login page. From there add the pages you want to connect to our platform. Once you do this you will redirected to our system with the list of pages you have selected. Click on Connect for the pages you want to connect to our platform.

Disconnected:

You can disconnect if you want to stop communication with mevrik. It can be reconnected again later. However, If you disconnect a Facebook social page a Facebook messenger page, an Instagram social account, or an Instagram DM account you will be disconnected from all three other accounts as well.

Update Permissions:

If you want to update the permission you were given when you first connected your page click on the "update permissions" button. Facebook can sometimes lose the connection to your page's permissions. If you have any problems, such as messages not being sent or settings not being saved always update your permissions first.

Facebook Messenger:

In Facebook Messenger channels, by connecting your messenger page all your tickets will land in the unified inbox.

Go to the Channels tab of the navigation bar ->Setect Facebook Messenger-> Read the instructions carefully and then log in with your Facebook account using the "Login with Facebook" button.

Instagram:

By connecting your Instagram business page to mevrik social channels, you can manage and see all your Instagram social comments, posts, story replies, and direct replies in your inbox from one platform.

Go to the Channels tab of the navigation bar ->Setect Instagram-> Read the instructions carefully and then log in with your Facebook account using the "Login with Facebook" button.

Instagram DM:

In Instagram DM channels, by connecting your Instagram page all your tickets will be landing in the unified inbox.

Go to the Channels tab of the navigation bar ->Setect Instagram DM-> Read the instructions carefully and then log in with your Facebook account using the "Login with Facebook" button.

Whatsapp:

In WhatsApp channels, by connecting your WhatsApp account all your tickets will land in a unified inbox and you can manage all your WhatsApp chats in one platform.

Go to the Channels tab of the navigation bar ->Setect Whatsapp-> Read the instructions carefully and then log in with your Facebook account using the "Login with Facebook" button.

Email:

Here are some analytical metrics for the Mevrik DCX-connected email channels used for customer support.

Go to the Channels tab of the navigation bar ->Setect Mevrik Email-> click Email option-> Read the instructions carefully and then log in with all the needed information in the "Setup" form-> Click the "Continue" Button.

We'll set up email forwarding to allow your emails to land in Mevrik inbox. Follow your email provider's instructions to forward the email to the following mevrik email. Go to Settings> Forwarding and POP/IMAP. Then copy the email address given on the text box, and paste it on your email service provider's settings.

Click on the "Next" button. You will be redirected to a page where you will be asked for permission to forward your emails to us. Click on the "Proceed" button.

Go back to your email service provider's page and select "Forward a copy of incoming mail to" option.

Over at Mevrik check the "Yes, I forward to this email" box. The link will be verified by your email service provider. Once that is done check the "Yes. I have completed the verification steps" box. To verify your email channel press the "Test my email channel" button.

Once that is done you will be shown a verification success message.
