Overview
Mevrik disposition feature will be used by agents in unified inbox for managing any complaint, or query of customers. By going to "Settings", agents can create disposition types, categories, and sub-categories. Go to Settings -> Click "Disposition"-> Click "Add Types"-> Provide "Types Name" -> Click "Create" button
You can "Edit, Update, or Delete" the disposition if you want.
Suppose, an agent has created a Types "Email Dispo", Categories "Closed Mail", and Sub-categories "Closing time". Now, going into the "Unified Inbox" in the "Reply Window" in a ticket agents can find the created disposition and Closed the ticket.
